Unfortunately these concerns fell on deaf ears. REALTORS & Owners listing a property that is or becomes vacant for 90 days or more should be inform of the registration ordinance and to comply. Agents listing vacant properties must decide if they want to continue representing owner's of vacant properties (as defined the by the ordinance) as failure by the owner to comply with all or part of the ordinance exposes the agent to liability.
